Bananaaah

Handmade banana pudding & mochi

Soft, spoonable layers of cream, ripe banana and biscuit. Put together by hand in small batches and made to order, so it never sits on a shelf. It isn't very sweet, and that's on purpose. You should still be able to taste the banana at the last spoonful. New on the menu: soft, chewy mochi with cream in the middle.

The pudding

Five ways to have it

Everything starts from the same custard and fresh banana. From there we take it in five directions. The Classic is the one to start with; the rest are for when you already know you like it. Every flavour now comes in two sizes — Mini for one, Maxi for sharing.

Bananaaah Classic, top-down, banana slices around the rim, biscuit on top

Bananaaah Classic

Vanilla custard, fresh banana and layers of biscuit, left to sit overnight so the biscuits go soft and the whole tub turns spoonable. This is the one your titas will ask about.

Mini 8oz · ₱145 Maxi 12oz · ₱210
Biscoffanana, Biscoff spread drizzle with a whole Lotus biscuit on top Best seller

Biscoffanana

The Classic base under a warm drizzle of Lotus Biscoff and a whole biscuit on top. The one most people order a second time before they've finished the first.

Mini 8oz · ₱190 Maxi 12oz · ₱295
Ichigonana, strawberry jam centre, banana slices around, biscuit crumb Must try

Ichigonana

Tart strawberry jam and fresh banana over the custard, with a biscuit-crumb base for a bit of crunch. The strawberry keeps it from ever feeling heavy.

Mini 8oz · ₱160 Maxi 12oz · ₱275
Matchanana, matcha dusted over cream, banana slices around the rim

Matchanana

Real matcha dusted over the custard. A little grassy, a little bitter against the sweet banana. Made for the people who usually find dessert too much.

Mini 8oz · ₱150 Maxi 12oz · ₱275
Ubenana, thick ube halaya swirl, banana around the rim, biscuit crumbs

Ubenana

A thick spoon of ube halaya over the custard, ringed with fresh banana and toasted biscuit crumbs. Tastes like something from a childhood merienda, if we did our job right.

Mini 8oz · ₱160 Maxi 12oz · ₱275

Behind the scenes: hands layering a tub, or a tray of fresh tubs before the lids go on
Our story

Made in small batches, the slow way

Bananaaah started in a home kitchen and still runs on the same small-batch habit. We buy the bananas ripe, layer each tub by hand, and let them rest in the fridge so the biscuits soften into the cream. We make every batch to order, so nothing sits around waiting for a buyer.

Nothing is mass-produced and nothing lingers. What we make today goes out fresh, and every tub gets a scatter of Biscoff crumbs before the lid goes on. We build them with biscuits and Lotus Biscoff cookies, and keep it on the less-sweet side so the banana stays the loudest thing in the tub. If a batch isn't right, it doesn't leave the kitchen.

Good to know

How far ahead do I need to order?

About three days. Everything is made to order, so the earlier your form comes in, the safer your slot. Weekends fill up fastest.

Where do you deliver?

We're based in Laguna and cover Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Calamba and Los Baños. Outside those areas, message us on Instagram and we'll figure something out. Pickup is always an option too.

How long does it keep?

Kept frozen, it holds for up to a month. For the best flavor and texture, eat it within a week. If you're having it right away, the fridge is fine, no need to freeze at all.

How do I pay?

GCash or GoTyme. The payment details come with your order confirmation after you send the form.

Is it too sweet?

No, and that's deliberate. We aim for not-too-sweet so the banana comes through. Most people tell us it's the reason they can finish a whole tub without feeling sick of it.

What sizes can I get?

Every pudding flavour comes in two: Mini (8oz) and Maxi (12oz). Classic ₱145 / ₱210, Matchanana ₱150 / ₱275, Ichigonana and Ubenana ₱160 / ₱275, Biscoffanana ₱190 / ₱295. The Mini is a good single serving; the Maxi is the one to share, or not. Mochi is sold by the piece at ₱65, or ₱70 for the matcha.

What's in the mochi?

Soft chewy rice dough wrapped around a cream filling. Mango and ichigo (strawberry) are ₱65 a piece, matcha is ₱70. They go on the same order form as the pudding, so you can mix and match in one box.
